Singer-songwriter Telize demands your attention in awe of her powerful sound as she brings her own twist to contemporary R&B, pop & soul music. Telize began to write songs as her remedy in attempt to cope with her pain after being sick and tired of heartbreak and broken promises.

Telize wrote all of the songs on her debut EP titled "Black Phoenix" as she wanted it to identify her truth all while empowering others. This EP sheds light on her youthful yet mature sound with songs representing her love for the grind and hustle , finding true love, just kicking it with her girls, getting mistreated by men, and following her dreams.

"Black Phoenix" represents the journey as Telize is finding her own , exploring new sounds as well as paying homage to artists who have inspired her.
